iSL color pastes

Color pastes of iSL not only color the final product, they also solve a lot of processing problems which appear during the usage of dry pigments in the production process.

With the pre-dispersion of the pigment our color pastes ensure optimal incorporation into the corresponding plastic system. The binder systems are perfectly suited to the plastic system in question. Pollution and loss of material because of dust are avoided by the incorporation into a liquid matrix. Furthermore no undesired pigment agglomerations occur which could lead to streaks in the final product.

The mechanical treatment of  pigments with special dispersion machinery always ensures the optimal pigment particle fineness of iSL color pastes. This is how we also ensure an optimal color strength and the required color consistency in the processes of our customers. As positive side effect  the productiveness of the pigment  is increased by the optimum particle  fineness. Therefore it is often possible to reduce the required coloring percentage and in the end the cost for our customers by  this method.
